UNS N06075 2.4951 NIMONIC 75 TENSILE AND YIELD PROPERTIES
This specification covers the properties, requirements and test methods for Nimonic 75 alloy FOR STATOR BLADE SEGMENT 6th STAGE.
2.1 Table 1 shows the equivalent standards for Nimonic 75.

3 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
3.1 Chemical composition of the alloy shall conform to the limits in Table 2.
3.2 Table 3 defines the limits of variation for determining the acceptability of chemical composition of the alloy in accordance with EN 10095 (Standard) specification.

HEAT TREATMENT
4.1 The material shall be subjected to the following heat treatment:
a) Solution heat treatment (in accordance with DIN EN 10095 and special metals)
i. Heat to 1050°C.
ii. Hold at temperature for 5-10 minutes.
iii.Cool in the air.
5 MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
5.1 Room temperature tensile properties of the material shall conform to the requirements in Table 4 (in accordance with EN 10095).

5.2 Material test pieces shall be bent at room temperature without cracking, as specified in Table 6.
