The plan view can not load.
Reason:
AWSJSY404E The symphony plan operation "queryjobstreams" could not be completed because
an error has occurred while accessing the Symphony plan. The error message is :
"AWSBIO019E File "/opt/mdm/Symphony" could not be opened. The error was"No such file or directory"

the whole TWS scheduling relies on the symphony file.
when first installing a TWS master, you just need to run a jnexplan as a fresh new symphony file has to be first created. every new plan generation will update this symphony file

Step1: check the running of Jnextplan ,
command : Jnextplan
Step2:
if it run unsuccess,Pls run Restplan.
Step3:
Then ,run Jnextplan
