Format Templates Are Lost After patchInstall

Symptoms
When made changes on configuration and run rpasInstall with PatchInstall got the following error message:
updatestyles caught Exception: StyleException: An error occurred while processing styles. (../../Libraries/MeasureStore/rpas/StyleObject.cpp:189)
The issue is rising after the following steps:
1. Create and save templates.
2. Make configuration changes that affect the styles and/or aggregation and spread methods of the measures that are stored in the workbook with the saved templates.
3. Apply the patch. And got the following message:
updatestyles caught Exception: StyleException: An error occurred while processing styles. (../../Libraries/MeasureStore/rpas/StyleObject.cpp:189)
4. After deleting all the contents of the styles directories of all domains, the patch can be correctly installed.
5. The styles are now reverted to the configured ones from the Configuration Tools.
6. All templates and exception formatting that was created from inside the client is lost since in step 4 the corresponding folders were deleted.
Cause
The issue has been resolved and was determined to be a code problem involving P2P contribution measures that use the AllDim for a hierarchy (e.g. PROD:AllDimPROD)
Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Please download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch.9664995 - RPAS version 13.1.2.11.
2. Please apply Patch 9664995 in a test environment.
3. Run a patchInstall after updating the code levels as we have made a change to the format of the tmpl.cfg.
Note: If you do not run patchInstall, certain domain resrouces will be out of synch and we will see errors such as the one reported above.
4. Please retest the issue.
5. If the issue is resolved, please migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
