Forecast Is Not Getting Generated In 13.1.2.29

Symptoms
After upgrading to Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) 13.1.2.29, customer is no longer able to generate a forecast. The system shows that the forecast was successfully run, however, when you use that forecast to build a Forecast Approval (FAP) workbook, the forecast contains no values. The customer generated a forecast in 13.1.2.20, upgraded and patched the domain to 13.1.2.29, and now the forecast is just blank values.
Steps to Reproduce:
Build a forecast administration workbook and set up a forecast to be run
Run Batch Forecast.
Review Forecast in FAP workbook. All forecast values are 0.
Cause
This problem is due to the fix for Bug 10191333 where explicit memory was not allocated for the new array used, which in turn was causing system crashes.
Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
Please download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 10279323 - RPAS 13.1.2.32.
Please apply Patch 10279323 in a test environment.
Please retest the issue.
If the issue is resolved, please migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
