Title Event ID 107: Report Server Windows Service (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server
Description Event ID 107 "Report Server Windows Service (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server database".
Cause The issue is with the connections to the SQL Database.
Resolution Go to Services. msc and make sure all the services for the SQL Server Database engine and Reporting Services are in the running state.
